1. Use Montesque lawfully
You may not use Montesque to violate applicable law, regulations, court orders, sanctions, election rules, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or contractual obligations.
2. Harmful or deceptive activity
- Do not threaten, harass, exploit, or facilitate harm against any person.
- Do not impersonate people or institutions, fabricate official communications, or knowingly spread materially deceptive election information.
- Do not use Montesque for targeted political manipulation based on sensitive personal traits or for unlawful voter suppression.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content that violates others' rights.
3. Platform and model abuse
- Do not probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities without prior authorization.
- Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, content safeguards, or usage limits.
- Do not automate access in a way that degrades the service or imposes unreasonable load.
- Do not reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not access another person's account or data without authorization.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or needed to protect Montesque, users, or the public. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, history, and risk.
5. Reporting
Report security vulnerabilities privately through our disclosure channel. Do not include unnecessary personal data in a report.
